David Rodríguez Caballero is a Spanish sculptor whose works are often inspired by the meditative practice of Japanese origami. The three essential elements to his work are materials, folds, and light.

Rodríguez Caballero's work has been exhibited in galleries, museums, and public institutions around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in Moscow, the Würth Museum in La Rioja, the Museum of Navarra, the Museo Fundación Oteiza and other institutions in Europe, Monaco, Miami, and New York.
